Perl for Win32 Pages
Active State
Formed in 1997 by Dick Hardt and O'Reilly and Associates to create professional Perl development tools. Hardt brought Perl to the Windows world with Perl for Win32, the first OLE automation scripting language on Windows NT. Microsoft included ActiveState's Perl for Win32 in its
Windows NT Resource Kit, and has recently signed a 3 year agreement with Active State for Perl Open Source Development.
