"Nothing to Do" Error Message When You Try to Remove Service Pack from Add/Remove Programs

- Prior to Windows 2000 Service Pack 3 (SP3), when a Windows 2000 service pack was deployed by using Update.msi and then manually uninstalled by using the Add/Remove Programs tool, an entry would remain in the Add/Remove Programs list for that
service
pack.
However, you could run Winver.exe to see that the
service pack was uninstalled. When you try to remove the
service pack entry from the Add/Remove Programs list,
you may receive the following error message: Nothing

Redirected Printing Through a Terminal Services Session May Not Work with Windows 2000 SP3

After
you apply Windows 2000 Service Pack 3 (SP3) on a
computer that is accessed by using Terminal Services,
you may sporadically not be able to print to redirected
local printers if the document that is being printed is
opened from a mapped network drive. The document seems
to be printed, but if you view the event log entry for
the print job, you see that the UNC path of the mapped
drive is added to the typical Terminal Services port. If
you view the network folder that is the mapped network
drive, you see a file that is named with the port
number.
